Torsion Bar SAG

Torsion Bar SAG
I got my Chevy shackles in. As you can see in my avatar it had RAKE and a lot of it. In the wheel wells the front was at 33 driver and 33.5 passenger with the rear at 37. I thought i would compensate a couple inches with a torsion bar crank... BUT my truck hates me. I wasn't expecting to get 3 inches out of it, just wanted to get it back closer to stockish stance. 4 turns and the driver side #1 bar on my 2004 FX4 is maxed. The passenger bolt sits below the cover. The B bars on my bros 03 have more adjustment than my driver side. 4 turns brought me to 33.75 and 34.25.
What are my options?
New bar(s)?
Torsion keys? The keys wouldn't be bad because i would just use them to have at least some adjustment on the driver side, but then the bar is just going to sag more quickly and i'll have to get a new one anyway.

There is a 04 Level II in the boneyard at work. It been stripped of all body panels, engine, driveline and interior. I could get the bars out of it for next to nothing. I'll check to see it they are any better than mine. If i can get them for nothing i can put of buying new ones for a while.

I was reading the thread about 08+ ride height and just realized my truck sat as low in front as theirs did... It so sagtastic!

I think i know the problem. You want the code circled in yellow, not the one circled in black.
Found this picture in an old thread which, judging by the tire size, the sticker belongs to a Level II?

You should be able to order #1 bars from a Ford dealer for about $65 each. They are cheaper online but I have to believe that shipping would eat up the difference. Be sure to take the part numbers with you because, at the dealer, replacement bars are looked up by VIN based on the original build.
#1 part numbers:
F67Z-5B326-FA Pass side
F67Z-5B326-FB Driver side

Priced torsion bars at the dealer... $150. Not in the budget right now. Its livable for now.
As it sits right now. Front sits three inches lower than the rear. AMAZING the difference a .75 inch crank will do.
I'll throw this one in for before/after (pathetic) crank.
And for Shane... I present the ruins of an FX4. Everything off the truck has been used or scrapped accordingly.
