bad Superlift sway bar end links.. what has everybody been doing about theirs...

Ok...
Superlifted for about a year now
4.88's with 35's
About 10k on Superlift and New upper and lower Moog ball joints and tie rod ends.
So.. I had a occasional pop/clunk sound usually during very slow speeds, while backing up while turning out of a parking spot, and or going foward from a stop while the wheel turned mostly while hitting a speed bump or a bump at the same time.
Got under there to investigate.. Upper/Lower BJ's seemed tight. TRE's seemed tight. Unit Wheel bearings seemed fine. I DID notice the lower joint of one of my Superlift sway bar end links to be pretty loose. I am almost positive that is what has been causing that occasional clunk/pop. Now, I have heard from the start that the supplied Superlift end links are not of a good construction, very poory built and have a short life span... so.. not surprised here.
Question is, I know i am not the only one to have had issues with these.. I would like to know, what has everybody been doing as a solution to this? I do recall a guy on here making and selling some heavy duty ones(Keith? i think.. not sure) and i have heard of people just removing them and rolling around without. I would like to know if Summit, or any other place has a better designed set that people have been using that is compatible with 4in Suplerlift. I believe i read Zac B saying they should be 12'' from mounting point to mounting point, but recall i think.. Shane B saying more like 14 to 15'' for the sway bar to sit more comfortable. I really don't remember?.. Anyway.. I would love to hear what other people have been doing about theirs, and if they have found a better replacement.

Mine starting clunking within hours. lol I just bought a set of the cheapest aftermarket ones I could find... used the bushings & washers along with some (if I remember correctly) 7/16" threaded rod and some ~7/16" ID tubing. I can measure mine if you want... but all you have to do is pull off a Superlift one and make it the same length. I've had mine like this over a year with no issues!

I made mine the same way and have had them installed for 8 months or so with no issues. No more clunk! Just used the factory links as a template and went from there. The Superlift links should be very similar lengthwise. I drove mine with the swaybar disconnected with just the Superlift and it definitely feels different. It rides and flexes better but the increase in body roll is noticeable for sure. Being doublelifted I would keep the swaybar.

Though I have considered rigging up some of the home made threaded rod ones to keep the front end a little tighter. Help keep components from over extending, torsion bars from flexing harder all of which I would have to assume could wear out front end components faster.
