Alright, everyone post what tire they run, what vehicle (include specs of vehicle), wheel size, terrain, road noise, handling, mileage, and give your overall 1-10 scale score (10 being highest/best) of the tire.

 

Vehicle - 2000 Ford Ranger 4x4

Engine - 3.0L V6

Gears - 4.10 gears

Tires - Fisk Sport King A/T

Size - 33x12.50 on a 15x8" wheel, 3.75 backspacing

Typical Use - Some mud, lots of road

Noise - Very quiet on the road, they grip well for an A/T in mud.

Traction - I have had no traction problems with these tires on road or off road.

Life of tires - I expect 60k miles at least from these tires.

Overall Review:

Offroad, these tires get a 6. I've been very surprised with them. I would buy these before I bought BFG A/Ts. For someone who wants a tire they can run all day long, and not be worried about a trip offroad once or twice a month, this tire is perfect. They even surpassed my expectations for them in clay. Overall: 9.5

 

Vehicle - 2000 Ford Ranger 4x4

Engine - 3.0L V6

Tires - BFG M/T KM

Size - 33x12.50 on a 15x8" wheel, 3.75 backspacing

Typical Use - Lots of Rocks, lots of mud, some road

Noise - Quiet up to about 50mph, then they whine some. Nothing bad, though.

Traction - You can feel the lugs slipping at low speeds, such as when backing out of a parking spot. Offroad, no traction problems. Great on rocks, mud, wet, dry. They pack clay though, but only TSLs can handle that stuff anyway.

Life of tires - I have 25k on these, and expect 20k more.

Overall Review: 8. Great offroad, great on road. Love these tires. The price could come down, though. I can't remember what I paid, but I wished they had been about 30 dollars cheaper per tire.

Size - 32x11.50 on a 15x8" wheel

Typical Use - Daily driver... 60 miles of highway/day when i am in summer school... i go offroad a couple of times a month

Noise - they make a bit of noise on the road. i like the noise

Traction - great offroad. in the rain, traction is difficult when accelerating from a light in the rain... once you are moving it's fine

Life of tires - I expect 45k miles at least from these tires.

Overall Review:

I love these tires. They wear like an A/T and they let my 2wd go where some 4x4's go... the tire looks amzing and works great... i give it a rating of... two thumbs up... i haven't had another tire, so i don't know how to rate it. i just love them.

 

Vehicle - 2002 Ranger Edge 4x2

Engine - 3.0L V6

Gears - 4.10 gears

Tires - ProComp Mud Terrains

Size - 33x12.50 on a 17x8" wheel, 4" backspacing

Typical Use - Some mud, lots of dirt roads/hills/ lots of pavement and a few curbs :D

Noise - Not too noisy on the road, but you can hear them.

Traction - Excellent mud tire- haven't been stuck yet. Excellent dirt tire. Not a sports-car performance tire on the street mind you!

Life of tires - I now have 30,000+ miles on these tires. They are not even at 50% treadwear yet. Hoping a good 50,000 on the tires- any more is an extra benefit.

Overall Review: For the size, price is kinda steep unless you find a shop with a 3 for 1 deal. Not much difference though from other M/T's for this size. I like these tires alot and will definitely be purchasing another set when the time comes.

Tires - Maxxis Buckshot Mudders

Size - 33x12.5x15

Typical Use - 75% street... 25% grass, dirt, curbs, hedges anything I can find to run over

Noise - Some noise at high speeds, but not bad especially with the radio on.

Traction - Awesome traction in mud, wet grass, grass etc, NONE in the rain

Life of tires - No clue had them on for 1,000 miles... warranty until 40k

Overall Review -This tire is sweet, but I have only had one other MT tire too so I can't really say... Not real cheap, but less than most of the other top brands.

 

Vehicle - 2001 Ranger XL 2WD

Engine - 2.5L I4

Gears - 3.73

Tires - Goodyear Eagle GTII

Size - 225/70R15 on 15x6 wheels

Typical Use - Lots of pavement (both highway and small road), a fair amount of gravel and dirt...sometimes water.

Noise - Not much of it.

Traction - Decent in the rain, MUCH better than the Continentals on the other Ranger. They are fair in more sticky situations, but they are not meant for much off road use.

Life of tires - Not sure how long they have been on the truck (they were on it when I got it), but they still have plenty of tread and hopefully will last a little longer (but not too long, I want some larger off road tires, lol).

Overall Review:
I like them. If your driving is all street or mostly street, take a look at these. They provide good bang for the buck (I have seen them listed for $75/tire at Wal-Mart). They are not an off road tire though and that is the only reason I will be getting something different when I get new tires for the truck.

 

Vehicle - 1999 Ranger XLT 4X4

Tires - BFG AT/KO's

Size - 267/75/16

Typical Use - 50% street... 50% Dirt trail, Mud, and lots of Sand

Noise - Some noise when they are not rotated regularly, but cant here them with the radio on.

Traction - Decent in mud, Great on the trail, and Outstanding in Sand!

Life of tires - I have 10,000 on them with very little sign of wear, and many miles offroad.

Overall Review -Great overall tire. Looks good, works great and you can get them anywhere. They are a little pricey though.

Traction - Excellent, until about 5k ago

Life of tires - Ive got 59k on them now, maybe 62-65k

Overall Review -I put these tires on my truck just about 4 years ago. They have always been excellent on road and on the light off-roading I do they were good. Gonna replace them with some wal-mart cheapies since I'm getting a new ride soon (hopefully) I bet im the only one here running a 14" wheel. Couldnt get a 15" in a 2 dig back in the day.

price paid: free (came off brother's F150 FX4 to make way for 33" BFGs)

rating: 1 out of 10

While they are round and were once made of rubber, these tires are useful for little. I use them almost exclusively on-road. Dry traction is nominal, wet traction is non-existant. I know better than to try offroading with them. Unfortunately the same hard compound that makes them so useless makes them last forever, so I'll likely replace them before they wear out.

Traction - DAMN! The tires do not like to show off! I re-geared to 4.10's and bearly get a little chirp off the line...

Life of tires - I expect alot out of these tires, but im trying to wear them out to get new ones"smaller" lol

Overall Review:

These tires kick ***, in any condition, of couse i dont take it in the mud, but it did well in the sand at the beach meet, l give these tires a FREAKIN 10, they are a awesome tire, i recommend to EVERYONE

Tires - Dunlop Mud Rovers

Size - 33x12.50 on a 15x8" wheel, 3.25 backspacing

Typical Use - Some mud, snow/ice, lots of road, lots of sand

Noise - Very quiet on the road for a mud, MUCH quieter than a BFG.

Traction - Tires work great in the mud, the lugs are actually wider than the BFG's so they clean better. Snow and Ice... not so good, but I never did air them down to see if that would help, they were running at 32psi. Sand at 35psi, great traction, again, never aired down.

Life of tires - I expect atleast 50k out of these currently at ~10k, and still look brand new.

Overall Review:

I really like these tires, and they're a very very affordable mud tire. They look pretty mean too. I will buy them again. Check them out on www.tirerack.com

Typical Use - try to not drive on road as much as possible, weekly mudding, monthly trail and rock crawling.

Noise - gives a nice hum that I can appreciate!

Traction - you serious? they are goodyear MT/Rs, traction for DAYS

Life of tires - dont know, dont care too much either, bought lifetime warranties at discount tire and when they are almost worn, i will put nails in the sidewalls. nails in sidewalls=new set of tires for GILDO!

Overall Review:

These tires are monsters offroad, i mean its ridiculous how awesome they preform, on road they get real splashy over mountain passes ( tight curves, semi high speeds) They look the ****, preform the **** and I love em! MY rating (off road interest only) 10+++++!!!!

Noise - mild sound, but nothing to dramatic

Traction - when I first tried them out, it really really felt like the tires were 'gripping' the road. (funny when I tell people that, they look at me and ask "really? you can feel/notice those kind of things?"

Life of tires - unknown

Overall Review: these tires are good, tight cornering when turning, and smooth on pavement, and not quite so bumpy as w/ my old stock g/y tires on.

Traction - I have had no traction problems with these tires on road or off road.

Life of tires - I only have like 5,000 on them and so far they are great

Overall Review:

The one time that i have went off-roading i was very pleased with how well they did! These are my first tires going off-roading and i expected them to break loose in some places but they gripped. On road grip has been aweome in wet and dry also. They really like to stick and driving in water is a lot safer now.
Also the tread looks awesome!!! LOL. That's all that i can think of for now.

Typical use - 95% street. some grass, gravel, and dirt

Noise - Low noise unless road is Very rough

Traction - unbelievable! Never hesitate in corners. Wet traction awesome. Will hydroplane a lil, but they have a wide contact patch. Very hard to break them free!

Life - I have 5000 miles on them and they still look great (low pros don't typically see more than 40,000, often less)

Overall Review - 9.5 due to price. Not only are these rated as #1, they are the best in my book. Nicest riding low pro I have seen. They are mud and snow rated (M+S), but I don't use them for offroad too much. Pricey, but you get what you pay for!

Overall Review:
Awesome tires. I really like them. They look good, have great traction (on dry pavement), and have a very unique tread pattern. Also they are non-directional so I can rotate them to any spot, which is nice. I'd give them an 8 due to price which was a little steep.

Traction - AWESOME in mud. When brand new kept up all day long with 4X$ Jeeps. once worn grip good but not awesome. They clean out ok, wheelspeed helps that. Street is good, rain pretty decent.

Life - Currently have 30K, prolly 5-10K more. Not worht very much offroad now though, at least I don' thtink so (havent been in a while)

Overall Review - 9 -offroad tire; 4 - wear; 7 - street; 3 - price are freakin expensive

Life of tires - I'll say about 50-60k.

Overall Review:

Wet Traction - 10. I have never had any problems with tire slippage. Even going through a foot of water :D I would definetly Recommend these tires to ANYONE. They are an Ecceptional A/T tire. It's not a Mud tire, so I know I can't expect it to eat up Mud. If and when I get a chance to Play in the Mud..... I'll Update.

Life of tires - 60K plus, these are hard compound tires.

Overall Review: I plan to personally shoot these tires once I replace them. If the tire shop will alow me to take them home, shoot them, and bring them back. They have zero wet traction, and should NOT be on light trucks. I upgraded to these from my stock Firestone Wilderness HT's, and now consider the HT a great tire. If you have these tires, go extra slow in the rain. Judging by the reviews on TireRack.com, there's only one place for these tires :toimonst:

Noise - Minimal hum, cant be heard over exhaust.

Traction - Good traction in mud, decent in rock (needed to air down). good on the street and expect good traction with the siping in the snow/ice

Life of tires - 25-30K with my driving
