And the tire search begins

Getting my tax return soon, figured I'd put part of it towards some nice new tires. Previously my truck has always gotten used tires that usually ride like crap.

Has to be an AT, or a very mild mud terrain. And my budget for 4 tires is around 1000 bucks. Don't really want to go much higher then that. Looking for good tread life. Yet somewhat decent offroad.

Thanks

I've had my Falkens for about 13k miles and have been very impressed with them so far. Very good on and off road and they've worn really well too!

I was going to get the duratracs, but now I'm getting the new cooper ATPs from discount tire.
$400 cheaper for the set, and still made in America.

lol if i planned on having it for another couple of years, I would spend the coin, but I just want something decent that will hold me over till it goes.

Don't get me wrong, I love the nittos, Dad had them on his truck. They performed great. And look great.

The more you spend now, the more you get back when you sell it. Who wants to buy a sick Ranger with some no-name AT's?
