A Few Questions about MT II's and Tirepackage.com

I plan on getting the Mickey Thompson Classic II's 15x8 with BFG A/T 32/11.50/15. The tire size is not debatable, I want to be able to have plenty of articulation for some beach riding, snow and minor offroading, 33's would be too tight on stock suspension and I do not want a BL. Anyhow, do these wheels come with the center caps? Will the backspacing of 3 5/16 be a good fit on the Ranger, or will it stick out or stick in too far? Also, if the wheels and tires come strapped to a pallet with the carrier ship to a resedential address, or only a business (in other words has anyone ordered from them and had the setup delivered to their house, if so how was it unloaded?). Thanks for the help in advance!

Stephen

They are delivered to homes and I am not sure if they come with the center caps. Each wheel comes in a box and I don't think the tires come in boxes.

I just ordered my MT's last week. If you call summitracing.com and tell them you found a cheaper price on tirepackage.com, they will normally beat your price.

I ordered the exact same wheels and tires that your interested in. The tires came to my house through fedex 3 days later. The wheels come in boxes and the tires were just unloaded and put in the garage, no pallet.

The wheels have an excellent stance, sticks out a little but looks great. They also came with center caps. But again...it was summitracing.com, not tirepackage

The wheels are not different from place to place that you buy from. If you buy a MT wheel from joe blows garage it is the same as if you bought it from summit. The MT Classic 2 come with center caps.

Was that in response to my post? I know the wheels are the same everywhere...I just meant that Summit included the caps, I don't know if they all do that.

It was not meant to be rude so if it came off that way I appologize. To clarify all the MT Classic 2s that we would order for the ranger come with center caps just like yours.

oh no..I just wasn't sure if you were responding to my post or just answering his cause there was no quote. :)

The reason I questioned if everyone includes center caps is because on the summit website it says..."center caps included: Yes" which led me to think that not everyone does.

I was going to go ahead and get them to mount and balance them for free, if they are off... all I would have to do would be to have the balanced again, which is still cheaper than mount and balance at a shop. That's why I was asking about a freight/truck delivering them on a pallet.

Oh I read your your thread 10 times already. I have decided to go with tirepackage.com because you stated in your thread summit wouldn't match the shipping and was overall more expensive. I really don't mind the tires being mounted and balanced away from home. The worst that could happen is the balance could be off and I would have them rebalanced for 5 bucks a tire. I would rather have them already on the rims so when I get them I can just throw them on. I was just worried about shipping and how that would get taken care of.
