need rim help
so i tore the guy at the ford parts counter a new one today after finding out that 1 single ford stock aluminum rim would cost me $800 that's without the tire, so i need to know i want to get mickey Thompson mtz's preferably 32" or 33" on a 16" rim i can't afford the rims and the tires at the same time so is there a rim that would take both my stock tires and these new ones if not then what would be the best 15" rims to use for these new tires and would 15" rims fit on our trucks without mod's

Are you sure it was $800 just for one? you can get asanti's for that much. As for wheels i would go 15 inch because tires would be a hell of a lot cheap. If you want to go cheap on the rims go with cragar soft 8's or d windows, like under $300 for four. Rims with those tires that would fit would be 5x4.5 and around 3.75-4 bs.

brand new stock wheels arent cheap. did you call around to your local junk/ salvage yards to see if they have any used ones? id start there, you can get em for $50- $100 usually. also check out Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market to search salvage yards in your area or near your state.

^ didn't know that. Don't know what rims you have but i found these on ebay for under 200 shipped. Also try craigslist.

i've got the 2009 ford ranger sport 4X$ they are the stock 5 spoke aluminum rims, i wanted to add a 5th full size spare but for that price i might as well start on my bigger tire's my truck is stock height and i haven't cranked the bars or done the pre-key mod yet, so can i get rims that would fit the 32's now and later on i could up to 33's
