Has anyone ever used these body lift blocks? I really don't want to use hockey pucks. I am only looking at buying the blocks. I can get the nuts, bolt, washers, and all that other good stuff from work.

I made a similar set of 3" diameter blocks from 6061-T6 aluminum and they work fine.

If you want cheap and good, try these 1" x 3" from Performance Accessories - same style as used in their lift kits. Not sure how it would work out with shipping to Canada though.
