3" Body lift help
I'm going to buy my 3" body lift in the next few days and I'm wondering is there much of a difference between the PA883 and the PA3700? They look fairly simaler but the 3700 is $70 more. I know the PA883 is meant for 98-00 but what is the difference?
PA883
1998-2000 Ford RANGER SPLASH / EDGE (MANUAL TRANS REQUIRES 3700) - Performance Accessories
PA3700
2001-2011 Ford RANGER / Mazda B Including EDGE (MANUAL TRANS REQ PA3700) - Performance Accessories

Trying to reconfirm this exact thing before ordering my body lift.
Search away I shall :)
EDIT - and if I reviewed the Ford Ranger Body Lift 3” – Tech Info Extravaganza completely I would have found my answer instead of resurrecting an ancient thread. Oh well, this came up in the search for me, so maybe I'll save another fool by updating this...

"Also a 98-00 Kit will work on 01-08 trucks only thing missing is parking brake extension which isn’t needed"
Sorry!

Body lift help and recommendations
Hello all I just bought a ford ranger recently and love the lifted look was thinking of just slapping on a 3 inch body lift and 33" or 32" tires I've tried researching it and havent found much helpful information on if it would look ok or be to much for the truck I have a 09 sport 4x4 4.0 automatic I did hear however 33" can get caught on the body when it flexes offloading I dont know to much about modifications so I'm asking the pros thanks as it stands my truck is stock to a point

My rear tires made contact with the body at full flex, but I pulled my rear fender flares and it hasn't happened since.
100% worth it if you offroad and don't have $3k+ to spend.

I have a 3" body lift on my 2008. Mines a 4.0 extended cab 5-speed. Currently running 33x10.50R15. Mounted on 15x8s with 3.75" backspacing.
