There is NO WAY ! ! ! !

we cut the head of the bolt off, I locked the washer thing in a bench vise and grabbed the threads with vise grips and had all the force I could put on it and it would not budge at all. I used liquid wrench and it just would not release, we hit it with a torch and nothing it would not move.

the front bolts? the ones up by the radiator? we took the nut off then grabbed them with the channel locks while the other person cranked on the bolt. no problems here, it was tough work and took a long time to thread out but we got it. how big of channel locks you got? mine are like 1-1/2 feet long, prolly open 6 inches. and the pry bar is over 18 inches long.

you guys having trouble installing this kit makes me wonder what size tools you got.

hmmm, drill out the bolts, you wont be using them anyways, andplus you have to drill out the front to bushing/metal hats to a 1/2 hole anyways. try that.

channel locks are 2 feet long and 1 and half feet long, like I said I had it locked in a vise and had all 280 pounds of my weight pushing on it, I even tried hitting the vise grips with a hammer, we used impact gun, blow torch, and liquid wrench, bolt and washer thing appear to be dam near one piece.

since those front ones are used for a washer like thing, (not needed for threads) use the torch and cut around the bolt as close as possible.

hmm let me see a picture of it, if possible i wanna make sure we are talking about the same thing.

if you are using the torch, heat that thing up to bright red, your just trying to weaken the locktite.

I would take a pic but i just put it all in the shed, the front body mount bolt, has a bolt going up with a nut on the top. That bolt threads into a washer like thing shaped like a hat, or cone, or spike. that bolt and washer thing are fused together. That is what i had in a vise and could not get it to seperate for the life of me.

Use an impact gun, I did and i didn't have a problem taking the bolt out. But you cut the head off the bolt...

Use 2 nuts, thread one onto the bolt then thread the other until it is tight against the first nut. Then you can take a wrench to the bottom nut and loosen it that way. Thats why i try everything 5 times before i start cutting things into peices.

We used an impact, we had a hold of it with channel locks and vise grips it would not budge, I turned the PSI all the way up and hit it with the impact at 140 psi nothing would not budge, i soaked it in liquid wrench and hit it with the impact nothing it just laughed at us.
