1994 4cyl Replacing AC Compressor / Seal on AC manifold?

I replaced the AC compressor on my 1994 4-cyclinder and I went to charge it and I was getting a small leak during the vacuum test and I stopped.

When I connected the new compressor from Rock Auto, the little block with the inlet and outlet tubes seems as the seals are concave and it's metal to metal?

Am I supposed to put other seals here? It doesn't seem as there was a good seal.

The rest of the system was fully charged and did not leak prior to changing the compressor. This is the only spot it can be leaking. Suggestions?

Oh, and how do I keep the oil in the compressor when I mount it? The oil runs out before I can connect and tighten the bolt.

I replaced mine with rock auto parts as well. But I replaced both lines as well they came with new O rings. And a set of extra orings. One line did have a flat edge on some Orings so I replaced those. I'd say if the Orings are mis shaped on the back of the compressor I'd replace them.

As far as the oil leaking from back of compressor. I just tried to keep it tipped up as I bolted the lines to the back of it. If some leaks out just add a lil extra to the evap canister.
Should be 50/50 half the oil goes into compressor and the other half goes to evap can. I also drained the shipping oil out of compressor completely like it said in instructions.
