2.5 Stutters first take off?

2000 2.5 2wd 180k miles 5MT (also sorry i know this is repetitive, I did read through the 50million other posts on this subject some)

I'm gonna list all the usual stuff real quick so everyone's on the same page.

New IACV
Newer Spark Plugs & Wires
New fluids almost all around besides the trans
New Serpentine
New Battery
New Purge Solenoid
Newer Clutch

PROBLEM:
The truck struggles taking off in first gear from a dead stop. The engine sputters just a bit, and I get what I would almost call a... clutch slip? When taking off in 1st gear.

Let me clarify this is ONLY after sitting awhile. I believe the transmission has to have stopped spinning for a short while before I get this problem again. Even on Cold start after a driving a block, or "warm" take offs the issue goes away. Example. Leaving my driveway i get that slip like feeling and stutter. The 2miles to the store no issues. Leaving the store no issues. Even heading to work a few hours later no issues. But next day back to square 1. (NOTE Doesn't matter if trucks warmed up or immediate take off. Same conditions)

I suspected the EGR At first. My EGR is stuck and well not even connected to the sensor. Exhaust has a hole in it. So meh lol. But I did clean it all out just to be safe. I have checked the truck for leaks, none of them are enough to hit the ground. there's a couple very small leaks on the front end (not even a quart worth in 3000 miles) none in the back that I can see (engine wise from the ground).

I suspected fluid leaking on the Clutch if you hadn't guessed by my description but I just can't see anything and I'm not in a position to pull the bell housing just yet XD

Other Issues:
I have a random misfire on cold take offs that goes away at temp, and does not happen at idle (or not enough I can detect it myself or when the scanners plugged in). I'm suspecting the worse but am convinced this is a separate issue as this is VERY random. Hasn't happened for over a month now but worth noting anyway
