Had engine rebuilt 2 months ago, nothing but problems since. To begin with check engine light came on while driving while driving home from rebuild shop, I took it back to the shop right away and left it another week they called me and said they weren't gonna do anything about it because the problem was not internal. I limped home And my neighbor plugged his computer in and we found multiple codes pull codes I don't remember what they are now 1st code was coil wires and plugs Replaced coil twice replaced wires once replaced replace plugs twice Problem not fixed Next code was sensors we cleaned all the sensors It still got codes for sensors we replaced all sensors MAF MAP TPS IAC and PCV. Ran a little better Then replaced the throttle body ran a little better But still not correct. We took the top of the motor off found the intake timing was off by 10ﾟ 10ﾟ we retimed it, Ran great but still have random misfire on multiple cylinders Last thing replaced was a PCM. Engine runs excellent for one day getting multiple Random misfires. All vacuum hoses have been checked for leaks, Fuel filter has been replaced. short of a new Engine I don't know what to do any help would be appreciated thanks guys. This is an 06 2.3 ranger manual trans.
