horrible timing....pun intended

ok so i start my new job monday at the dealer well today i was driving to get some gas and my truck died all of a sudden so i towed it home popped the hood and there it was sticking out of my timeing cover was a sneeky little timing belt ok so my question is will some one please explain to me how to line everything upi know i have to line up the little dimounds and triangles but im not sure on how to do this is the a how-to on this?
If not some one explain to me how to and ill write one in the prosess on the timing
please help i need this fixed ASAP!!!!!

My grandpa showed me a book of how to do it and i looked at it and it's going to be one hell of a job so i got rid of my car and bought my ranger =D i know this doesnt help you much, but good luck
