motor swap from an auto truck to a manual truck?

motor swap from an auto truck to a manual truck?
Ok I'll sum this up...
94 4cylinder manual trans
95-96 4cylinder auto trans
Are the transmission direct bolt ons? meaning can we pull the motor out of the automatic and drop it into the manual transmission truck without having to worry about the trannies bolting up the same?
Or on a side note how hard would it be to throw the manual trans into the automatic truck and make it look factory? .. add the clutch pedal.. cut the hole in th carpet and floor and get something to cover the shifter like the cup holders or w/e? I'm asking for my dad.. he still doesn't want to leave from a ranger.. and I personally love the rangers too!

kk thanks, I'm looking over his threads and can't find it but I'll continue looking. Anyone else have any imput.. there are tons of threads and I'm searching around a bit.. just looking for the specific ones... 2x4 2.3l both of them are
