Hello everyone i have a 92 ford ranger new to these trucks just wanted to get a little more out of my truck i was wondering what everyone else recommended for mods as in cams headers intake lowering kits i have a exhaust tha just cane in but wanted other mods before i installed it its my daily but just wana do little extra to get my hp up any advice helps an thank you.
