Seized motor
???
Remove spark plugs so no compression in any cylinder
See if crank will turn with starter motor, if not then see if you can turn it in reverse direction with wrench on crank, if so could be broken/stuck open valve or broken connecting rod possibly if it turns one way then stops then turns the other way and stops
If not pull out the engine for rebuild, either main bearing has "spun" so crank is welded to the block, or piston and rings are stuck in one or more cylinders.
This is assuming the transmission is not the issue and holding crank shaft in one position

The timing chain is super tight and the motor will turn a little left then right. Should I try to keep turning or new motor?
