the noid light is used to make sure that you get the signal to open and close each injector reliably.

A Dvom digital volt ohm meter is used to test each injector to make sure none of the injectors have a shorted or open circuit each should have close to the same ohm measurement.

The fuel pressure test where you claimed the fuel pressure holds and does not drop shows each injector can shut off and not flood the engine with fuel while the engine is off.

At some point you may very well have to perform more diagnostics than what I have asked so far yet we are not there yet.

Many of the things you said you would do either have not been done or have been done and not mentioned.

OK Your still stumped, Now tell us why your still stumped?

Start from the top and tell us what your truck has to make it run and what it does not have to make it run.

You have 5 pages of post, so I am hopeful we have learned something by now.

I have asked specific questions and have only got generic answers from you.

Once again correct me if I am wrong, your truck will start and run then die unless you catch it before it dies and spray starter fluid then the truck will stay running with this secondary fuel.

While running the engine with secondary fuel, does the noid light flash while the engine is running, does each injector plug have injector reference pulse while the engine is running on secondary fuel?

If this is true this means you have fuel pressure, spark, and injector reference pulse.
the only thing left is compression and or timing belt problem.

the next things to check is the compression with a gauge and replace is the harmonic balancer because of the damage and because we suspect the balancer may not be in time with the crankshaft properly which could cause the timing belt to be off.

ok sorry. If I missed some replies to your questions I got my Norred light in I tested the injectors are pulsating while it is running I did just replace all four injectors brand new in case and it does seem to run a couple seconds longer before it dies. I got my compression tester in I still need to check my compression I haven't replaced the balancer hub yet they're kind of pricey and I'm thinking about getting a OEM crank sensor not a cheap $18 one but yes it runs fine on secondary fuel

The balancer hub has a keyway so how could that be off it rides through the sensor without rubbing unless it's just a cheap *** sensor. The hub sides on the crankshaft over keyway has no slack as I understand it it's just a metal hub that rides through the sensor that is just a magnet. Well i just ordered new crank hub and delphi crank sensor. Fingers crossed

If you have the compression test kit why not just check the compression, on your 4 cylinder engine that shouldn't take more than 20 minutes while drinking coffee.

The hub you should replace because you said it was damaged from the sensor hitting it.

While the hub and timing belt is off double check the crankshaft end play.

ok will do. Been working a lot and aint had time to do much but what I did figure out today I took some of that gas that I drained out of the truck and put in my riding mower now I can't get the riding mower started I drain the tank drain the carburetor put fresh gas in and still will not start but is getting spark just like my truck I'm wondering if someone put something in that tank that would mess your motor up for life ? I drain the truck tank again put fresh gas in and it is still backfirlng but a little bit more but now it's starting to diesel A few times in the truck shakes really rough like it's off time but I know all my marks are lined up on compression stroke, also someone is telling me this computer has to be programmed that I got from another Ford Ranger also 94 but it's not a stepside it is a 2.3 L though, I also check the compression why I had a few minutes and it's reading 65 is that good ? Scratch that reading I got someone to come help me I'm getting different readings hard to do by myself, ok got help and getting 150 but this piece of crap $20 compression tester ain't worth a crap I can still fill air pushing around it when he cranks it so I'm probably more than 150

OK no problem just create a new thread with your new code and or symptoms.

It will be easier to help you on a new thread with the new problem which may just be a vacuum line.
