What is making it do this...
I just got my truck back. Got the whole brake system redone and it's brand new.
Anyways. I told the mechanic to put on my fuel filter because I tried to get it on with a fuel disconnect tool and it never did work. I had problem with it and it seem like the truck was not getting gas right.
My truck seems like it didn't want to start off right, like it was put-putin' AND I lay more gas to it and the truck would then go.
After I got the new filter on there, it is still doing it. I haven't changed the spark plugs and spark plug wires yet.
What do yall think it could be?

I also want to know what's making a grinding, dingaling noise in my transmission. I have a 5 speed transmission. Everytime I put it in gear it sometimes makes the grinding noise or dingaling noise. I'm not grinding the gears because it still does it when I am not changing gears and at a stop.
Would it be the release bearing that is loose or clutch needs to be set right?

Try turning the key to Run for 2 seconds (listen for the fuel pump to run), then back to Off, repeat 3x. THEN crank the starter and start it.
If that makes it start and idle well, you may have a bad check valve in your fuel pump, allowing fuel pressure to bleed off when it's not running. Pretty common.
Your tranny noise sounds like throwout bearing, but I'd verify the proper transmission fluid level right away.
