With an Intake, tuner, & a cap I get over 23.5mpg on the highway.

It helps a little, but the power is what i was after and it's worth the money.

hmmm . . . new to the site.

Just got a 02 edge 3.0 5spd.

Went through my first tank of gas and it ended up with 22.78 mpg.
Stock 235/75/15s, 3.73
Roughly 70% freeway and quite a bit of stop and go.
It does only have ~35,000 miles on it.

I just put a 3inch SL all the way around. AAL's in the rear. I'm runnin' 35s on my truck and my gas mileage SUUUUUUCKs. It wouldn't be unreasonable to say that I get around 15mpg. Intake time. I'll probably order one from Wayne. I've heard a lot of good things about 'em. I'd recommend doing the same.

As for tuner? I dunno.

99 Ranger 3.0L stock w/ K&N filter
I get a steady 19 MPG. Used to get 16 with 4+ plugs. After plug change to Motorcraft plugs and Pro wires, no more pinging and better mileage.
