After a 2 year delay, I'm finally getting around to finishing up a head replacement on my 1998 3.0L Ranger. Made a lot of good notes, stored bolts logically, etc, etc. Except for the Heater Hoses running from the firewall to the Pump. Two attachment points per hose, no clue which goes to which. I believe they are Part # F87Z18472EB. They are noted with a green arrow in the following (not my truck) photos: Example 1, Example 2

I sketched over the top of this photo to show the connection points that I am unclear about. Can anyone point me to a diagram or photo that shows the which hose attaches to which coolant port on the front of the engine? Also, which of the smaller tee hoses attach to which one of the Upper Intake Manifold ports? Short of that, can you describe it to me in words?

Edit: I did my best to scour this forum and the net for an answer to the question. I can kinda make out the Upper Intake connections, but the lower connections are totally blind to me. Apologies in advance if I missed a duplicate thread on this forum.

 

I believe I've found my answer. Here is a screengrab of the exact part I'm looking for, with all connections visible. It's from , which is a great high def resource for locating connections and parts. BUT....it's a 2000 3.0L Ranger. So, there are likely some differences. Hopefully they didn't invert the heater hoses between these years! I'll post a 1998 reference if I can find one.
