2007 3.0l should have 4 O2 sensors
There are 2 upstream O2s
Near the engine on the exhaust pipe as it leaves the Exhaust manifolds on each side of the 3.0l V6 engine
In this picture you can see the 2 upstream sensors on the ends of the 2 pipes on the left: https://files.kyozou.com/Picture.asp...00&id=23584212
Then 2 downstream O2s
One inside each Cat converter, they unscrew they are not part of Cat converter
P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
Bank 1 is the passenger side of the engine and exhaust, and this code can also mean the Cat converter on that side has failed
O2s only last 100k miles or 12 years, so yours are way over due to be changed, so for sure do that first
