Welcome to the forum

No, but you can used the 2002 3.0l Long Block(block with heads attached)

You will need to swap your 1994 upper and lower intakes with injectors to the 2002 engine
Also swap over and time the distributor from the 1994 to the 2002 engine, it works fine

You will use all your 1994 accessories and brackets(alternator, power steering, AC, ect...), you may have to swap the crank pulley, but I don't think so

Things I would also do
New oil pan gasket, and oil pump if budget permits
New rear main seal, its a cheap part but hard to change with engine in a vehicle
New timing cover gasket, this leaked coolant on the 3.0l engines and a pain to change with engine in vehicle and oil pan on

The only direct swap 3.0l into a 1994 would be a 1991 to 1994 3.0l and they would probably have ALOT more miles
Swapping the intakes is not a big deal
