3.0 head torque sequence

Hi guys,
I'm in the process of replacing head gaskets on my 2001 Ranger 3.0 and i am seeing several different torque sequences for head bolt installation..

AllData shows
8-2-4-6
7-3-1-5

Fel-Pro shows
6-4-2-8
5-1-3-7

Ford (not sure its legit or current)
4-6-2-8
5-1-3-7

I really don't wanna do this again so any help would be appreciated....

You start in the center and chris cross your way out to the ends, pretty much the same for all 4cyl, V6 and V8 engine heads

So either of these is fine to use
AllData shows
8-2-4-6
7-3-1-5

Fel-Pro shows
6-4-2-8
5-1-3-7

Pick one, then use that for each stage

2001 will be using "new" TTY head bolts so final torque will be "90deg" turns, if you are seeing 60-70ft/lb then you are looking at the earlier 3.0l engine torque specs, so the wrong ones
Do the full 90deg in one pull, not two 45deg pulls, so make sure you have enough room to swing the wrench 90deg
