3.0 Intermittent problem

I have a 98 3.0 5-speed

I will drive the truck and park it, it usually happens when i dont let the truck cool completely down, but maybe when i let it sit 15-20 minutes or so. When i go to leave witht he truck, it acts like a carbureted car that is loaded up with fuel, or a two stroke that doesnt get ridden alot. It had no power and very poor accelleration. It will act like this until i can get it up in the 4,000+ rpm range a few times then it goes away. Any ideas?

BTW: I have done plugs, wires, fuel filter, and the fuel injection cleaning where you hook the pressurized bottle directly to the fuel rail

Connect a fuel pressure guage to the fuel rail and run the truck for 4-5 minuites.Shut it down and watch the reading .If it drops rather fast you have a stuck injector dumping gas into the manifold. Then start the truck but only run it for 5-10 seconds.Shut it down and pull the plugs to see which one is wet.
