If its not one thing its another.
well i JUST finished putting my locker in and a new CV shaft and i got it back together on Tuesday. well got home from work on Wednesday and i park my truck and go inside for like 5 mins, and then come back out to put my limit straps on and see a puddle of antifreeze on the ground. well it was coming from where they press the plastic caps to the aluminum core. aka need a new radiator. went to the store to get one and the guy convinced my to put some fix a leak crap in. well it worked but then i started reading about it and it clogs up stuff u dont want clogged and can ruin your heater core. so fvck that i drained it all out and flushed everything as best i can with out pulling the thermostat. so i went to the store and bought the new rad....$206 and some change. go home about to put it in and i start thinking....why dont they make these 2 rows....so i started looking around and found no aftermarket ones with 2 rows so....i look at the 5.0 expo one. it has 2 rows and looks like it will fit. and its the same price as the single row ranger one at kragen. both the one i got and the 5.0 ones were "ready rad" and i looked them up and people have said they dont last. then i found this site...radiator.com. call them up and i got a stock OEM ford one for a 1998 5.0 expo shipped to my door by tomorrow for $180....ill let u guys know how the fitment goes...sorry for the long post...lol

well got it in....took some modifications because i think the one i got was for a non a/c so i had to move my lower mounts forward about a half inch....and i had to cut the **** out of my fan shroud but it looks good and i have twice the cooling...defiantly worth getting the expo one if u need a new radiator...its the same price even...
