I have a 2003 3.0 Ford Ranger Xlt. I want to do a turbo build with a fully built motor but i cant seem to find parts at all. I found Pistons and thats about it. So could someone please list links to Pistons, Rods, Sleeves, Cams, Heads, and a turbo kit. Looking for around 400 hp. The Parts need to be able to handle boost obviously.

 

actually lets just say screw the 3.0 whats the easiest motor swap you could do on a ranger to get good power?
