3.0 will not run

2006 3.0 was driving down the road and engine stalled. It sort of starts bearly hitting on a couple cylinders and back fires into the intake occasionally. I have no codes and have replaced the crank and cam sensors and am stumped any ideas? Thank you.

Reads like fuel pump died

When you turn on the key you should HEAR the fuel pump run for 2 seconds, its loud, HUMMMM from behind cab
You can also check the engines Fuel Pressure test port, looks like a tires air valve, works the same way, take off the cap and press center pin down, but BE CAREFUL, it shouls have 50psi pressure in there

50/50 test
Spray fuel into the engine and try to start it
If it starts up and dies then fuel delivery IS the problem
If it doesn't start up then spark IS the problem
