3.0l Lifter/Valve Tick?

3.0l Lifter/Valve Tick?
Okay so I've been trying everything on this tick to avoid tearing into the motor just because it's my daily. No performance issues or shakes or signs of a misfire or anything, just noise. It does have 3 misfire codes however, but no actual physical signs of them. (If that is even related to this issue)
It does not tick when the motor is cold. It also does not tick when the motor is under a load, like pulling out at a red light. But once I get to a steady speed, you can hear it slightly. Most significantly when you let off the throttle, or when slowing down without throttle.
I've tried seafoam in the engine oil to clean it out. New plugs, wires, coil pack. Even tried running some 10W-40 just to see if it would be quiet.
It has gotten slightly louder over the past year (15K+ miles and I haven't really babied the motor during that 15K) so I don't think its a rod knock or main bearing because it would've already given out, but I could always be wrong.
I've tried higher octane gasses just to see, all of the little things that could possibly fix it out of the blue.
In the end I think the main things it could be would be, are: lifter or anything valvetrain, noisy cam/crank sensor, noisy fuel injector or worst case scenario a main bearing or rod.
I will link two videos, one when it is cold, no tick, and one just sitting and revving it up while at running temperature.
