87 ranger 2.9 standard hard starting

87 ranger 2.9 standard lately causes hard starting almost like its not getting fuel? It starts right up after a couple cranks .

any help be appreciated

if the symptom is like its not getting fuel, you may have something gummed up in your throttle body

Thanks for all the help . got it fix the problem was the high pressure pump
the one the is on the frame of the truck diver side.
