90 Ranger 2.9L block heater in heater hose??
Hey all,
Hard starting Ranger in the cold (-20 here now). Has a factory heater but must be shot. Been plugged in since yesterday and still won't start. I KNOW it would be preferable to install one in the lower radiator hose but I have one that's been lying around for years that heats very well. Problem is it's for a 5/8" hose. Think I can install it in one of the heater hoses?? If so, which one? Thanks!
