Welcome to the forum

2007 will use Torque to Yield(TTY) head bolts so you MUST use new head bolts each time

Sequence and torque specs seen here: https://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/e...-07_162316.png

Tighten all bolts(60ft/lb) to set the gasket, then loosen all bolts 1 turn
Then follow the directions

To do the 90deg(1/4 turn) put wrench handle where you will have enough clearance to rotate it 90deg(1/4turn)

For lower intake its the same sequence as head bolts, start in the middle and crisscross out to the ends, that's pretty much for any engine parts that have opposing bolt
On any bolts that have final torque under 40ft/lb its good to use Loctite Blue on the threads, this prevents them from loosening up during heat up and cool down cycles of the engine
Although NEVER use it on exhaust system, they have there own "rust-tite" at work, lol

Have a look here: https://www.therangerstation.com/tec..._through.shtml

1999 will be the same, but you may have a plastic upper intake, in which case you use 89 INCH/POUND NOT ft/lb torque, so 89in/lb = 7ft/lb
