Break in oil.
Machining practices and materials have come a long way, it's just not that much of a concern like it was.
Just use your regular dinosaur oil what it says in the manual, I think Ford says 5W-30.
Don't use synthetic at first, give it at least 500 miles and then switch if you want.
My machinist that I've been doing business with for 30 years had me use assembly lube this time around on my Vulcan.
On my 3 litre, I used a socket and long extension to run the oil pump first where the synchronizer goes in before first start up _ that's important.
Be sure and tape the socket to the extension so it doesn't accendtilly slip off and fall into the pan when you pull the extension out.
Drill should be turning clock-wise.
It took a while before I saw oil reaching the top of the engine.

Check with the shop doing the work. I have heard break-in oil for the first oil change at 50 miles. Then conventional oil till 5000 miles. Change oil at 500, 1500, and final at 5000 miles. Break-in oil is almost always 10W-30, as long as its over 40F outside you should be fine.
