I am looking at getting a cam in my 2003 Ranger i love that loping idle sound the one im looking at has just a slightly higher power band it only shifts it up about 5 or 600 hp enough to get the loping idle and help the seriously lacking torque numbers just a little bit. My question is since its not changing the idle too much would it pass emissions? I just had it tested a few weeks ago and it was well within the "safe range" and it has all the stock emissions crap they put on there.
