Can’t get rid of P0174

Hey there guys so I have a 2001 Ford ranger 3.0 that is having an on going issue with P0174. I have replaced a lot of things trying to clear this code, yet to no avail.

I have changed out both upstream, O2 sensors on both banks, replaced the EGR valve, replaced the PVC valve, changed out all 6 spark plugs and wires, and I have yet to see or hear any vacuum leaks

symptoms include:

Very hard start
rough idle
poor acceleration

I am completely stumped here and can’t figure out what to do next. I would greatly appreciate any help solve this issue please! And thank you.

If I remember correctly the P-0174 is a lean bank left side.. Have you done anything in around or near the fuel injectors? Are you only getting the o174? Or Do you also get a P-0171 code? If you have both codes then I would check fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, and when you changed the pcv did you replace the hose that goes under the upper intake manifold?
If you ONLY have the P-0174 then I would check the fuel injector o-rings,injector electrical connections, Replace all injectors on left side under the upper intake, and since you will have it off verify the condition of the pcv valve tubing that connects to the under side as those typically get very rigid and brittle. They are known for being guilty of the" I didn't know I wasn't supposed to become hard in an expanded(due to heat) state." The heat typically ruins this hose and it is difficult to tell (because it is hidden) if it is cracked or split or just doesn't fit tight enough to make a good seal.

at the moment only have the P-0174 code
Haven’t touched anything with the fuel, and I only replaced the pvc valve because when I felt the hose it seemed fine.

so. I am pretty sure that the pcv valve would affect both banks. The only things that are isolated to just the left bank are: Fuel injectors, spark plugs ( which you have changed) Plug wires( changed), the O-Rings on the injectors.
What were the circumstances (conditions. like noises, missing, fuel tank... Empty.quarter.half.full. Hot cold. Driving in town or on highway )when the CEL popped up?

The last time I had that code, it was a bad/dirty fuel injector. It only takes one to cause problems and the others probably aren't far behind.

it started missing very badly and I was experiencing poor acceleration
