my 3.0l flex in my 00 ranger is throwing a check engine code i forgot to get the advanced guy to write down the code but he said it was something with my gas tank like a vent line came off or something or my gas cap wasnt sealing right... someone give me some help cuz the check engine light is pissn me off since i just changed my o2 sensors and my spark plugs wires and coil pack... welll help! lol

 

My wife's car has done that a few times. It was always the gas cap.

 

yea i just topped it back off afte ri got it scanned went home and unhooked the battery cable's while i got dressed to go off and it hasnt thrown any codes since but i appreciate the help
