Icon7 codes p1131,p1151,p0125

I just recently bought a 2002 Ranger 3.0L with 54,000 miles from a city auction they said it had a bad fuel pump but they were selling it because of age.

I tow it home and find 2 cylinders filled with fuel.
I dont remember the codes ( there were 4 code , running rich) it had but it turned out to be the fuel injector damper was bad and the vacuum line thats attached to it was sucking fuel into cylinders ( not 100% sure how im a plumber by trade and shade tree mechcanic ) and in vacuum system.
I replaced fuel injector damper cleared codes almost forgot the truck had sat for around 18 months before auction so i also removed the thermostat ( i live in los angeles whether almost never changes but i know i have to put a new one in and will do so with an hour of typing this.
last night at 72 miles after clearing codes i got the three codes P0125, P1131, & P1151
maybe be dumb question but im not a real mech. could all three codes be because of no thermostat/ P0125???

Tank You for whatever help you may have

Yes, the ECU needs the thermostat to run correctly , the motor will stay in short term fuel trim untill the motor temp reaches 195dg.

Docm thank you for your reply I have another question that maybe you could help me with
when I was at my local O'Reilly's Auto parts store the guy stated that Rangers had known transmission issues
and pointed out that they ( O'Reilly's ) owned 3 sitting in the parking lot and 1 of them wouldn't even go into gear.
My question is, is there anything that you or anyone else reading this has done or would recommend that
I should/could do to prolong/perserve the transmission seeing how the motors last into the 200-300,000 mile range.
One last thing I bought this ranger because a good friend of mine said his Ranger he had before he sold it had over 400,000 miles and
knowing that city's do regular maintenance on their vehicles I figured this Ranger has a lot of miles left in it.
Over all seeing that i won the auction at $4,100.00 I feel this is going to be a good investment.
again Thank you for your time and knowledge

Sorry forgot to update i bought the thermostat, fuel filter, and spark plugs.
I also cleaned the MAF sensor but i had to redo the battery cable and lost the check engine light.
I'll give another update soon to let you know if everything is good but if seems to be running better.
I was going to say have a great day but noticed you live in Hawaii
so a great day is a given so stay safe and live well

I’m guessing you have an automatic? The only thing I would know would be to change the fluid once in a while and be careful if you’re towing anything. Mine is a five speed manual so at least I know I can fix it. I’m sure you’ll get many miles out of it.
