i went to change my plugs and wires this morning, all is fine til i get to the drivers side.
thanks to the stupid wire looms i had to pull all of them off at once.
pull them under the wiring harness and memorized 465 on the coil pack
i get out my service manual and its showing wrong.
the factory wires had numbers on it and corisponded to the cylinders.

this is gotten me confused because it shows the coil pack as
3 4
2 6
1 5
front
but on the 123 side is 465 cylinders?
it seems to be running fine, dont know what a missfire would sound like. the plugs on the pass side went to the coil pack that is on the drivers side.
damn ford, i miss my distributor.

oh yeah i replaced them with autolite app764 and autolite lifetime warranty wires.

i tried it the "manual" way and it sounded like crap. put it back to the way i had it. guess just chalk it up to "doing it my damn self"
gatorblue92: is yours from a manual or did you look outside?
