Engine shut off

Hey!
so I have a 01 ranger 3.0 4x4 and the other day I started it like normal and the abs light was flashing, the speedometer was bouncing and then the car randomly shut off about 10 minutes later while driving. The lights stayed on and everything seems to be working fine electronically. The truck started right back up and the abs and speedometer issue we’re gone. The truck didn’t die the rest of the day.

yesterday I started it up like normal and the abs light wasn’t flashing and the speedometer was fine. Then all of a sudden the seatbelt light started beeping and flashing very rapidly until I put my seatbelt on. I have never heard this before and about 100 feet down the road the engine cut out. But all the electrical seemed fine. I just pulled over and started it like normal and the issue hasn’t come back since. I’ve driven it about 3 times since then.
the truck doesn’t have any signs of engine sputter or weird engine issues. It runs perfect and clean besides this random shut off issue. I’ve been looking into a ground issue but I want some second opinions.

the work I’ve done recently was 02 sensors, and I tightened the shift link cable behind the steering wheel. I did unplug the battery about a week ago but I don’t think that could cause this random issue.
anyone have any ideas for me? It’s hard to diagnose with no codes and it being very random. Thanks y’all
