Exhaust Manifold Hole?

There seems to be a hole in the driver side manifold of my exhaust. It is a threaded hole and I can't seem to find what part is supposed to be there for the life of me. Any advice on where to find a full exhaust diagram or what this part is? I tried an O2 sensor and it did not fit so I am unsure as to what is supposed to go here.

Welcome. It helps if you state the year of vehicle and post a pic of what you are referring to. Also, if you are the original owner, or if you've done any changes that aren't considered factory. Could save you much time. Several members here are gurus on this stuff.

Egr tube?

Helps if you say year and engine size. Sounds like the egr tube.

It is definitely the egr tube, the line is missing as is the connector bolt in the exhaust manifold. Thank you very much for the help
