For the headers I would buy the JBA's. You dont have much of a selection anyway.

good looking truck!! the 5.0 swap would be the best for the power, adn you will still get decent MPG. Use the search button at the top, it is your friend!! alot of people have done the swap with GREAT results.

if you want to keep the 3.0 go for the rockers, underdrive pullies, and look up the swap for the escape throttle body, also headers and a proper exhaust system will do wonders.

iv also noticed that the 3.0 likes to be up in the rpms almost like a 2 stroke dirt bike, expicaly in the dirt
i just would rather pull a bit more out of what ive got right now so
so what kind of programer to get?
who makes a good set of headers?
and whats the deal about gutting the maf?
thanks everyone
oh and ill get some better pictures today for the guys that asked
Ill try and answer a few:
Rogue performance programs (Xcall tuner): http://rogueperformance.com/WelcometoFredland.html
Just email Fred and he'll hook you up, mines on the way.

JBA headers seem to be the standard around here. I dont have them though:

Another good one is new pulleys. buy from this shop: http://www.stuffforyourranger.com/st...dex&cPath=4_30

Sick truck by the way!
