Are you talking about the inertia switch?

if you had a wiring diagram, you can probably jump that little guy out pretty easily. Or i hate to say what i'd do right now.

If it was my truck, i'd take out the fuel pump relay, and use a jumper wire with two male spade ends across the relay and run it. You'll have to disconnect it when its not running, but my tail wouldn't be waitin around for two days and no truck.

No need to disconnect the relay. If the inertia switches two wires are connected it will be bypassed, which would only be an issue in the case of an accident.

Why do you have to reset it?

And do you know where your period and comma keys are and how to use them? :)

pwned.lol the inertia switch cuts off power to the fuel pump them the key is on, in case of accidents or rollover the switch is jarred and it kill power and cuts off fuel. it can be reset by hitting the button on it.

mine gave me some issues too, but i got one out of a jy.
