Head bolts

Finally have all the bits and pieces ready to assemble next week. My question here is about head bolts. I bought two rebuilt cylinder heads. Should I, do I need to get new head bolts also? I have the bolts from the old heads and they appear OK. Just wondering if new bolts should be used? Thank you for reading this.

The bolts actually stretch and change shape when they are torqued to spec. They are "torque-to-yield" bolts. Torque to Yield Bolts

Buy new bolts.

Yes, even in the "old days" before TTY bolts you shouldn't reuse head bolts.

TTY bolts just added the very much shouldn't reuse !!! to the question
