High idle and missing

Hey still having problems after replacing the ECT, IAT, MAF, TP. EGR, IAC, CHT and spark plugs + wires etc. It did stop 80% of the bucking when taking off in 1st. Which surprised me that they would have anything 2 do with it . After new clutch, pres plate, fly wheel , bearing + motor + trans mounts b4 id replace any sensors, i couldn't believe what a few of u were telling me that it could b a sensor. Anyway idle is down but still bout 1,100 rpms. And still missing. Ive cleaned throttle valve + everything else i could think of. I think i replaced o2 sensors, its been awhile. Took the cats out an replaced them with " test pipes". It does have a bit more power after that. Any help would be appreciated thanks
Guess i 4got its a 99 ranger 3.0 4x4 5 speed man.
