Hose to PCV severely damaged!

My 2003 Ford Ranger has been spewing oil on the engine from the hose that connects to the PCV valve (picture attached).

What do I need to buy to fix this? I'll be replacing the valve and grommet it seats into as well. Any help is greatly appreciated!

For what it's worth I've now replaced the valve and grommet. I duct taped this hose but I can still hear it leaking air. If anyone knows the part name I should look for or a better method to patch it in the interim I'd really appreciate it.

Ford has a revised hose that is reinforced, just purchase a replacement hose and you'll be all set.

Trust me, it's worth it. The factory hoses on the 2002-2005 3.0's (with plastic intakes) are prone to collapsing on themselves. The updated part has ribs on the elbow that keep it from collapsing.

As mentioned above, order the one from the dealer it's a bit more expensive but it is revised as I said earlier and you will not have any more trouble and save yourself any headaches. Keep us posted.

Just picked up the part and letting the truck cool down before making the change. The new one is most certainly beefed up. Hopefully this will end the spewing oil and dtc lean codes at the very least.

Made the repair. Pics attached. Doesn't seem to be throwing lean codes anymore. I will keep everyone updated though. I gotta drive 216 mi. to work tomorrow.

STill misfiring on one cylinder but I think it's an exaust valve issue. Expect another thread about that when I'm back off the boat in a month.
thank you all for your help!
