How to tell if my engine LH or RH

Is there a way you can tell if my engine is LH or RH?

It is 99 XLT 3.0 V6 Flex

Thanks for your post/reply. I thought it could only be either LH or RH - what I understood with this was it is either a Clockwise or anticlosckwise engine rotation. May be I misunderstood

Just look at the fan blades.
If the leading edge of the top blade is toward the drivers side it's clockwise standing in front of the engine.
Your OP was rather open-ended.
