Ice cold idle fine.. warms a bit and stalls and stopsigns, gets up to temp and idles

I have a supercab 92 2.9V6 4 speed with overdrive 4x4 with manual lockers
Im having idling and engine stalling problems with my ranger. when its below 0 outside, he will startup with no rpoblem and idle like a top. when ive drive him down the road and around the corner and slow down to make a right he wants to stall. ill drive him down the road to the next stop sign maybe a 1/4 of a click and he still tries to stall. like ill put the clutch in and he drops like 1000 revs. ill be driving down the highway and he randomly bucks once in a while, engine light flashes and his revs dont move. (its almost like a burp) Ill get to town after driving 15km and hell idle fine, accelerate fine and stop fine, other than a weird struggle in the acceleration (doing the fuel pump soon for that) but could the fuel pump solve my issues? or should i ground out everything and see if that helps? also after long periods of time his high beams flash on and off but only highs, runner and fogs dont flash. Ive replaced the fuel filter, cleaned the throttle body, intake, seafoamed the engine and fuel lines. any help would be appreciated! owned him for just under 2 years and hes slowly getting worse. just want to figure out these problems. Cheers

Welcome to the forum

I would change the ECT sensor just on speculation, not an expensive part

near the thermostat housing are two temp reading devices
The 12volt ECT sender, used for dash board temp gauge, 1 wire
The 5 volt ECT sensor, used by the computer, 2 wire

The computer needs to choke the engine when its cold, when you turn on the key the computer boots up and look at the ECT sensors temp, if COLD it then sets the Choke(rich fuel mix) and will set high idle after startup
As the engine warms up the computer reduces the Rich mix and lowers idle bit by bit
IF(big if)...........the ECT sensor is showing say 32degF at startup and then after a minute or two is showing 160degF, when engine is only 80degF, then engine would struggle and stall, because it still needs the Choke and higher Idle

Could it be a problem with the brake boost or iac?
hes also kind of choppy when i get going and let off the throttle, like he jumps forward and back. also does this when i hold a steady throttle. pretty much have to always gas him as i coasting to a stop. its also like a weird midrange temp. as in not as soon as i start him but after a block or two. ill replace the ect this friday.

Your description, is that when engine is cold you have the issues, and after its warmed up you don't

Brake booster and IAC valve are used when engine is warm and cold so symptoms shouldn't go away when engine is warmed up if these were the issue
