Where can I find an intake adapter for my MAF.

pepboys or any parts store really, go to the ricer section and you can find one

Volant makes a adaptor and a bracket that holds every thing in place.......

what are the 2 little tubes comin into the intake at the box right after the filter is there anything that these do or can they just be blocked off i have the maf adapter and a filter but those little tubes are whats keeping me from doing anything further

they are vacuum tubes for some sensor. your truck will be fine just stick a screw in them. it will idle a lil rougher for a while until the computer compensate. you can also make your own like i did outta PVC drain.
