i have a similar noise, and i've never been able to figure it out. Happens only under hard acceleration, right around 3k rpm.

Hi, first post here, so I hope it's useful

I have a similar noise, and noticed it after I'd had some front-end work done (ball joints replaced)

Found the culprit, and it looks like it's a linkage that links the control arms to the sway bar. Basically looks like a 8" long 3/4"bolt with some bushings and stuff. Will try and post a pic this eve.

Hope this helps, I need some help identifying the part so I can get a replacement, so I'll start a new thread this eve about that part with pics

While under your truck, check out all the heat shields and everything hanging off your exhaust pipes.

I had a "jingle" and it turned out to be the pipes rattling against the rear shock. replaced a couple of the hanger rubber parts and re-positioned some of the clamps and she is nice and quiet now.

Pay close attention to the flange connector right after the cats. This has 2 bolts with springs on them holding the fitting together, a common source of "jingling" if loose rusted etc.....

Sorry to revive a week old thread, but will SeaFoaming vacuum line help with this at all?
