Need Help with bad running 3.0

I have a 1998 Ford Ranger 3.0 4x4 ext cab. I bought the truck from a guy who believed it had a bad cylinder, but wasn't sure. He was tired of putting money into it and his daughter and nephew beat the truck up. I bought it for $500. I already have a 99 Ranger 3.0 ffv 4x4 ext cab, and figure i could maybe use this crappy one for parts for my good truck. Anyway, I want to try to get this truck running if possible. I have been told it may be the following: Fuel injectors, 02 Oxygen sensor, EGR?? Valve/Sensor??, fuel filter, or something wrong with some vacuum lines.
Here is a YouTube video of the motor running. It took forever to get started, had to jump it with my good truck. The motor seems to shake alot, wants to die, have to give it alot of gas to keep it running, and seems like there's a knock or ticking

Thanks

sounds like an exhaust issue, check the exhaust manifolds or flex pipe.
