Need Recomendations on Spark plugs and wires.

Looking to change my plugs and wires soon. I have 78,000 on my engine and I was thinking going with MSD wires and not sure on plugs. Had NGK in my Accord and ran great. Any suggestions?

x2

i know that i dont have a 3.0..BUT i do have a 97 F150 4.6L v8 and i replaced the plugs with autolite double platinum and im going to replace the ones in my 98' 2.5L soon with the same Autolite double platinum plugs. Im very happy with my results, get the double platinums, i think the part number is APP104 (Make sure its APP not AP, the extra P is the double platinum plug. I work at Kragen auto parts lol)
